Our Story
The Warehouse Dance Company started with a small dream and a big vision. Our first classes were held in the children’s building at Gadsden Christian Fellowship, where a handful of kids came together to learn, grow, and discover the joy of dance.
Not long after, we renovated an 8,000 sq ft warehouse, turning it into a studio filled with music, laughter, and movement. What was once an empty building is now home to nearly 200 dancers from across Northeast Alabama — a place where children and families find community, creativity, and opportunity.

Our Values
At The Warehouse Dance Company, our mission is simple: to help every dancer dream big, shine bright, and work hard.
-
Dream Big – We encourage dancers to set bold goals and believe in their potential, both in dance and in life.
-
Shine Bright – We create opportunities for every child to share their gifts on stage and in the community, celebrating progress and building confidence.
-
Work Hard – We teach that discipline, resilience, and determination lead to growth. In our studio, effort matters as much as talent.
These values guide everything we do, shaping not only how we teach dance but also how we help kids grow as individuals.
Our Growth
In just three years, The Warehouse Dance Company has grown from 35 dancers to nearly 200, making us one of the fastest-growing studios in Alabama. We offer recreational classes that spark creativity and joy, as well as pre-professional training that prepares dancers for collegent and professional opportunities. Many of our dancers are part of our multi-national award-winning competition team, performing on some of the nation’s biggest stages.
Beyond competition, we are proud to partner with NASCAR through events like the Talladega 500, giving our students unique opportunities to perform and represent our community. Every dancer who walks through our doors becomes part of the WDC story — a story still being written with passion and purpose.
